Welcome to Mordor Gundogs
Mordor Gundogs is a training school for future family pet dogs, gundogs and their owners. We train and breed household pet dogs to suit specific living arrangements, as well as working dogs to accompany shooting men and women in all shooting situations.
Situated in the hills of Perthshire we have all the facilities we need on our door step, from grouse moors to pheasant shoots.
We train using kind but firm methods. Dogs are taken in for training, owners and their dogs can come for regular lessons, or we can supply you with dogs trained from scratch up to varying levels. We also have the use of pheasant pens and rabbit pens which are available for clients as part of the client training package. Owners are encouraged to visit regularly for their own training.
We specialise in breeding only fit and healthy dogs, including; Fox Red Labradors; Black Labradors; Yellow Labradors; as well as Springer and Cocker Spaniels. We also have stud dogs available in all three breeds, producing several new pups each year. Our dogs are bred for looks and temperament as well as ability in the shooting field. This makes them not only ideal as gundogs, but also family dogs as well.
To date our dogs have gone to Kenya, Dubai, Russia, Denmark, Belgium, Romania, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Sweden, Pueto Rico, and the USA(New York, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida, Texas and Vermont)
Please contact us either by phone or email for further information.
"We bought Zulu, a two year old black Labrador last year. He is beautifully behaved and has a wonderful nature. Our son says he is like our new child!"

I love her and thank you for not only breeding and training such a magnificent dog, but
also for your time spent with us in America.
